Our students are gearing up for a SUPER month in Physical Education…
They’re learning about gaining physical and emotional strength while they support a great cause – a true “win-win!”
And, while we’re helping our own students feel good by doing good, we’re supporting the American Heart Association’s important mission. Families who participate can feel great knowing that they have helped people with special hearts – including children born with congenital heart defects – by supporting the Association’s work to fund critically needed scientific advances, community health initiatives, and educational programs.
We’ve made it easy for you to raise money online with your personal page.
Follow these steps:
- JOIN OUR TEAM at www.heart.org/KHC (on your phone or computer), search for our school and click “Sign Up.”
- DOWNLOAD THE APP for iPhone or Android by searching for Kids Heart Challenge. You can unlock your Heart Heroes, bring them to life and fundraise from your mobile device.
- JUMP START YOUR DONATIONS by being the FIRST to give.
****ANY STUDENT WHO RAISES $150.00 or more (before January 27, 2002) will be recognized DURING the virtual assembly AND be awarded a surprise gift from the American Heart Association!****
4. ENCOURAGE YOUR STUDENT TO COMPLETE FINN’S MISSION in Headquarters, where they will learn key lessons about heart health! See how your fundraising and donations are making a difference for families like Alexa’s.
Dr. Murray is also in on the fun! She is participating in the “Principal’s Challenge” which will help our school get $500.00 in PE equipment, just by creating this video for us! We just need 182 students to register ONLINE and our school wins the Principal’s Challenge!!!!!!
