This year our PTO is hosting a fun Obstacle Course Challengefor all students to build team unity, school spirit, and help raise funds for our school.
We need your help for success!
Students are encouraged to bring in at least 10 postage stamps by Friday, September 8th to help defer the cost of mailing the donation request letters.
Students who donate stamps will be entered into a drawing for a gift card prize. 10 stamps = 1 prize entry ticket 20 stamps = 2 prize entry tickets
How do we participate?
Students and teachers will be enjoying the challenge during the day on
October 13th (rain date October 19th).
Families will help by completing at least 10 mailing labels with addresses of friends and family and return them with your student to school
by Friday, September 8th. Prizes will be awarded.
Check your students’ take home folders for more details that were sent home with the labels on Friday, August 31.
PTO volunteers will use the addresses to mail a letter to friends and families asking for their support. Donations are due by October 6th!

In honor of Memorial Day, school is not in session on Monday, May 29. Also, school is in session tomorrow, Friday, May 26, for a weather make-up day. All students are encouraged to wear red, white, and blue tomorrow, Friday, May 26, for a patriotic assembly.

The theme of their program was kindness, and the girls helped the evening custodians complete their tasks. They also decorated the school with positive sticky notes! Medication: Please pick-up all medication from the nurse’s office before the end-of-the-year.
Lunch: Please make sure all outstanding balances are paid before June 6. You can pay online through MySchoolBucks. There is also an iOS and Android app available.
Library: Check with your student to make sure all library books are accounted for and returned to the library.
Lost and Found: Have your student check the lost and found outside the office if you’re missing something. Items remaining in our collection on the last day of school are donated to charity.
Last Day of School: The last day of school for kindergarten students is Tuesday, June 6, and first through sixth grade end of June 7, at 11:30 AM. Breakfast and lunch is not served on the final day of the year, Wednesday, June 7.
Sapphire: Are you signed up for Sapphire? View our Sapphire Sign-Up Information to register. Second grade families should register as soon as possible so your accounts are active for the 2017-2018 school year.
Childcare Procedures: Thinking of using a babysitter before or after school next year? Forms for alternate transportation (same school zone, different address or bus stop) are due by June 30! Click HERE for more information.

To prevent the spread of illness, parents and students are urged to follow recommendations from the Pennsylvania Department of Health, which are outlined in a letter sent home with students on May 24.
