Supply Lists

Pequea Elementary School is asking for your help to provide a few supplies for your child throughout the school year. Please contact the school office if you’re unable to purchase the supplies for your student, or if you’re interested in providing supplies for another family.

Kindergarten

  • Pencil Box with your child’s name on it
  • 2 packs of Crayola Crayons (16 count)
  • Glue sticks (Large Elmer’s Only)
  • Kleenex Tissues

Ferry – Learning Support 

  • 2-pocket folders with prongs (plastic preferred)
  • 1 box Crayola crayons
  • 1-2 dry erase Expo marker(s)
  • 2 glue sticks
  • 1 pencil box
  • 1 roll paper towels
  • 2 boxes of tissues

1st Grade

  • pencil box – preferably 4″x8″x2″
  • large package of glue sticks – Elmer’s only
  • package of #2 pencils sharpened
  • small erasers
  • crayons – pk of 8 or 12 (must fit in pencil box) – please no colored pencils or markers
  • dry erase markers – Expo only (extras that do not fit in the box will be collected and saved for later when children need them)
  •  Earbuds
    • Place a piece of tape around one of the the earbud strings and write your child’s name on the tape.
    • Place the earbuds in a clear plastic bag labeled with your student’s name

2nd Grade

  • 4 pack or more of glue sticks
  • Box of 24 or more pencils
  • Box of 4 or more Expo dry erase markers (Expo Only)
  • One 16 or 24 count box of crayons
  • Pack of 4 or more erasers
  • 1 marble cover composition book
  • Earbuds/Headphones
    • Place a piece of tape around one of the the earbud/headphone strings and write your child’s name on the tape.
    • Place the earbuds in a clear plastic bag labeled with your student’s name.

You will need a backpack to carry things to and from school each day. Please bring a pencil box to keep your materials inside your desk. Scissors and a pencil sharpener are recommended supplies, but not mandatory.

4th Grade

TI – 30X IIS Texas Instruments Calculator

CalculatorThe Penn Manor School District provides a TI – 30X IIS Texas Instruments calculator for students in grades 4 through 6. However, the teachers recommend that students purchase their own own scientific calculator that will be used in grades 4 through 6. In seventh grade, all Marticville Middle School students are required to purchase his or her own scientific TI – 30X IIS Texas Instruments calculator. Just think, the earlier you buy your child their own scientific calculator, the more use for the money!

The calculator you purchase MUST be a TI – 30X IIS Texas Instruments calculator so all the students are learning the same functions (see image). The calculator can be found for about $15.00 and in multiple colors at K-Mart, Target, Wal-Mart, Radio Shack, Office Max, Staples, and other office supply stores.

5th Grade

  • Hard-shelled plastic pencil box
  • #2 pencils  (lots)
  • One of the following: crayons/colored pencils/colored markers
  • Highlighters  (one or two)
  • Hand held pencil sharpeners (shaving collector attached)
  • 3-4 pocket folders
  • Earbuds or headphones (for individual student’s use only)
  • Expo markers with old sock or glove to erase with
  • Small post-it notes
  • Texas Instruments TI-30XIIS for Math (optional but recommended)
