Per board policy:

Pre-planned education trips may be excused as long as the student is in good academic standing, is not having attendance issues, and submits for prior approval.

Parents/Guardians are welcome to complete the form and send it in with the student's teacher or you can also complete the form electronically through your parent portal account.
